Changed oil and replaced headlight bulbs. More involved than it sounds! I like that I can feel confident as a female that they are doing a great job and not taking advantage of me! I trust them to do my cars repairs.

Very friendly staff and professional. They took the time to explain details to me & not talk to me like I’m an idiot. Very thorough in checking out the overall car not just a problem you came in with. They always work hard to give me the best cost outcome. You guys are awesome! I moved to Orem but I still come all the way to the Sandy location because I know my car & know how much I depend on it for work. They always take great care of me.

Took my Audi in here to get my brakes replaced, which they were able to do. But in the process they managed to drop my car off of whatever it was on for the service… which ended up causing damage to my back drivers side door to the point that the door wouldn’t even open. They paid for the repairs but the damage is still highly noticeable. Couple of months later I go in to get an oil change. They recommended 2 new tires, so I agreed and told them to proceed. They put the WRONG size tires on my vehicle and now are recommending I come back in and get the right size. From my experience this location deserves less than 1 star, and I personally will never have a vehicle serviced her again!

Fantastic!!! My first experience with a shop that totally keeps you updated throughout entire process of repair and very reasonable and knowledgeable. I spoke with Nate and Toby several times a very pleasant experience. I am not from Salt Lake, I work in the area as an over the road trucker, they text you and give you pictures and updates. I give it only 2 stars for this service. In the past I have used them many times and would rate it 5 stars. They seemed through and honest except when I finally picked up my car after 3 weeks in the shop. They did give me a loaner car for that length of time which I appreciated. When I did pick up the car, the cashier at the front assured me that he had a senior service guy drive it around beyond a simple test drive to assure everything was fine. He said it drives like a dream. Well, as soon as I pulled out of the parking space and turned the wheel I heard a noise. As I turned around to drive it back into the space the noise what appeared to be from the steering wheel continued. When I returned to the front desk guy and began to tell him of the noise, a service guy standing next to him told me it didn't make that noise in the shop. My reply "it didn't make that noise when I brought it on 3 weeks ago." I was very very angry! They did immediately look at it and determined it was a faulty new part they put on and will order a new one. He assured me I could drive it now with no harm to the car. They will call me when they get this part in and ready to replace I do expect that it will be done the same day I bring it in and it will be soon. In my opinion Steve's Automotive should fire the service tech who lied to the front desk guy.

Very happy customer! They were really honest and very thorough. They walked me through what my car needed and honored my discount and helped install a new oil pan we’d purchased ourselves. I will definitely go back for future car repairs!

I used to use the Big O Tires up the street for all of my auto repair needs, but ever since they hired a bunch of new people their service and friendliness have dropped immensely. So, enter Steve's. They've taken great care of me and my vehicles, so much so, that our whole family has switched to them for our repair and maintenance needs. I'm not sure if there's something Steve's can't take care of, and they're always timely and friendly through the whole process. They can be a tad pricy sometimes, but it's always well worth the cost.
