Went in to have my Ac looked at because it was making a noise and I wanted to fix it before it went bad. They told me it had already gone bad and I needed a new motor and transistor after just playing with the buttons, quoted me $1,031 saying I could finance. Called the Stockton 12 Honda dealership to price check the parts needed and they quoted me $650 including labor. Told them to book me in and order the parts. ALSO called a mechanic buddy from back home NV who told me they were quoting over book. Went back to Steve's to get my car where they proceeded to hold my keys hostage for 35min while giving me the "hard-sell" until agreeing to drop it down to match Honda at $650. Hell no. Hate to cry misogyny but that's ridiculous. When I finally got my keys, I got the 3rd degree on why I wasn't going there and they asked if I felt they were "untrustworthy". Direct quote. Happy to report Stockton 12 Honda took the time to find the issue which was NEITHER of the items reported by Steve's and price only changed by $5.00 . They were also incredibly transparent, nice, and communicative.
