Dennis and the guys from Steve’s are fantastic! They examined my car last minute and found out issues that need to be fixed and had the ability to get it out the door three hours after it was dropped off. I highly recommend them.

Transmission motor mount had deteriorated on my 2001 Saab 9-3throigh the help of both Chip and Dennis in the service office, I was able to get it diagnosed, part ordered, and repaired in a short time. I think Don in the service area repaired it. They provided pictures of the issue, quote for repair and timeline. Very transparent and pleasant to work with. They provided an inspection of issues and potential issues with priority for free.

My car was originally brought in to replace a flat tire nothing big. The technicians at steves did a full review of my car without me having to ask! It was exceptional customer service. They even helped me come up with a plan to do multiple repairs on my older and fairly run down car so that it could be accessible and affordable with my minimal income. I would take my car here over any other shop for the foreseeable future. Thank you guys!

Cale & Chip from Santa Clara store are attentive, patient and very forth coming about options and prices. Car required some additional service. They were thorough and made sure I was well taken care of. Location of store is great. Easy in and out with plenty of parking. Highly recommend this store versus other long established businesses in the area.

I am leaving a very negative review of Steve's automotive specialists. After spending over $10,000 on service for my car including a new transmission, it still doesn't work. The shop in Clearfield said I needed a new wheel bearing and hub to fix the problem, but again $2000 later my transmission is still not working. At this point I wouldn't let these guys replace my air freshener in my car. They upsell you on things you don't need.

It’s also important to us to understand what symptoms you’re still experiencing and how things progressed from the transmission work to the wheel bearing/hub recommendation, so we can confirm nothing was missed and that you’re being treated fairly.
