I would give 0 stars if possible. I used to love Steve’s, they had amazing techs and advisors, my son used to work there so we were lucky to meet them. But now it’s the opposite, took our Ford in for Rear Brakes just to have to bring them back because they were incorrectly installed. Got the Ford back and now less than a week later the brake line was pinched during installation cause a hole in the line, my husband lost all braking on the freeway going 70mph. Do not know what changed there but I’m screaming from the rooftops to every one I know to avoid them at all costs. They also told me my front sway bar was failing and needed replacement. My son who is a ASE certified mechanic inspected and said it still had plenty of safe driving life.

I was on my way to Pocatello when I had a tire blowout. It was 7:30 in the morning and everyone was either closed or did not have the tire I needed in stock. I called Steve's Automotive. They took my car in, mounted the tire, cleaned my air filter, and had me on my way quickly. The work was great and at a price I was pleasantly surprised by. I would highly recommend Steve's Automotive.

And they haven't even had a chance to finish my services. Went in for an oil change. Was impressed with the attention to details. And they knew I was a little overdue for full fluid servicing. For the price they charge I get everything done. Had another Toyota product that I took to Tony Divino and they charged virtually the same price but without any warranty. I'm well pleased with SAS (Steve's Automotive Specialists). They will now be my #1 go to for servicing hence forth. And I will suggest to my daughter "Take it to SAS". She won't be disappointed.

Visited here for a pre-purchase inspection. I asked the tech about a faint ticking noise in the car I was looking at and he quickly shrugged and loudly said said "Look, I can guess but It'll just be a guess." and proceeded to rattle off several things really and offered little to no help. Then he told me I'm buying the wrong kind of car (2016 Toyota Corolla) and recommended SUBARU of all brands. NO WAY would I buy a Subaru around that year. This was enough for me to not trust this place, I won't be back with my daily drivers.

Great place, honest, fair, great explanations, considerate, not pushy with great communication.

This repair shop is incredible! They donated the parts and repair of a radiator, thermostat, and all other necessary accompanying parts on a car used by Ukrainian refugee families living in Salt Lake City. Dave, the shop manager, was an absolute professional through the whole process. He kept us informed on repairs and and progress until the repair was completed. The radiator and thermostat now work perfectly! This shop is very skilled in their repair work, very ethical in how they run their business, and is absolutely committed to helping their community. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best automotive shop in St. george. They offer fair prices no hidden fees and very transparent. The sales representatives were very nice and super helpful. I definitely recommend this place!
