Seemingly nice guys, unfortunately unfair. Came here because my dash lights turned on and I was nearby. I live over 10 miles away. They made it seem like the wiring issues wouldn’t take long to repair. I brought the car in 12/22/25 and yes I took two days to authorize the work as I was trying to figure out the funds and I understand that it also was the holidays but then I went to pick up my car on 1/2/26 and five minutes after driving away it all lit up again? And of course it’s on a Friday. They had made me scared to drive the car to my own local shop on 12/22/25 because of the issue and now I had to continue the rest of my drive home. And then I had to wait over the weekend and then I also still needed to figure out bringing it back. Yes it’s nice and helpful to be provided with Ubers but I also have children and the work around was just over all incredibly stressful. It also took over 24 hours to fix that again?? Just more time and more things that I had to cancel and I was only offered an apology. I brought up how the experience was in the kindest and most understanding way possible and I felt practically laughed at when I mentioned getting a discount. I was given a free oil change though🤡 needless to say I’ll just stick to what I know instead of putting myself in that position again. Also felt practically impossible to get updates, like my matter wasn’t a priority.
Hi Cinthya — I’m really sorry we put you through that, especially with kids to juggle, the stress of warning you not to drive far, and then having the dash lights come right back on minutes after you picked the car up on Friday, 1/2/26. I can absolutely understand why that felt unfair and incredibly disruptive. Thank you for being upfront about taking a couple of days to authorize the work — we do understand that, and the holidays can slow parts and scheduling down, but none of that excuses: the issue not being resolved the first time, the lack of timely updates, or you feeling dismissed when you brought up how stressful it was and asked about a discount. If you felt laughed at, that’s especially concerning to me — that’s not how we treat people, and I’m sorry. When warning lights return, we should be treating that as urgent, communicating clearly, and making the redo process as painless as possible. A free oil change doesn’t make up for missed time, canceled plans, and the anxiety of wondering whether your car is safe to drive. I’d like to look into your visit from 12/22/25 through the recheck, review the notes, and talk through what happened and what we can do to make this right. If you’re open to it, we can also re-check the vehicle again at no cost and with no obligation—and if the original repair didn’t address the true root cause, we’ll own that and discuss fair next steps. Please call or text me directly: Richard (Owner) — (801) 694-7936. If you can share the name the car was under and the best time to reach you, I’ll make sure you get a straightforward answer and a real resolution.
