The people were very nice and willing to help me out. I called around and Steve’s was at least $50 or more cheaper than the other places i used to go to. Their waiting space was very clean and accommodating, plus there was water and snacks for the patrons

I had Steve’s Automotive Specialists perform a 4 wheel thrust alignment on my 2023 Off-road Shelby F150. Chase the Service Writer listened to my feedback and replicated my input by test driving my truck. Tanner and the alignment Techs worked until my truck tracked straight down the road with the steering wheel being level. Tanner also went on a check ride with me to understand my feedback and ensure I was happy with the alignment. The Steve’s team worked together to ensure I was satisfied with the alignment. The Steve’s team did a great job, I would recommend them for your automotive needs.

Honest guys! Needed my A/C recharged, I replaced my condenser myself and didn’t have to tools or expertise to replace the Freon. The first condenser I bought was unfortunately defective, they tried to fill it twice and even replaced the o-rings but still wouldn’t hold. I came back with a new condenser and they were able to get it done same day. Prices were fair and they only charged me the standard price even considered the extra work, would go back for any additional needs.

Had a upper shock bolt that needing re- welding causing major issues and 2 other diagnostic issues they fixed within a day and car still running good. Reading other reviews about the labor costs is strange as I'm not well versed in those discrepancies but all in all the labor cost looked fair to me considering.
