I have had many good experiences with Steves auto. There a great group of guys but most of all they do great work. I have been buying all of my tires through them because they have always had a great warranty that actually covers any damaged tires. I have recommended them to my family and friends.

Steve’s Auto has had our business for years. They’re fair, honest, and charge by the job, not the hour. They uber you to their shop and from their shop to home. If your car needs days to fix, they have loaner cars for you.

They did a great job and answered all of my questions. Took the time to explain things to me. The repair ended up taking longer than expected so they gave us a loaner car to use! They even stayed later to finish our car, despite the shop closing for the evening. We felt very valued and prioritized.

May 16, 2026 I was on a cross-country work-related trip and had driven my Volvo S90 from Virginia when it suddenly broke down with serious battery, AC compressor, and serpentine belt and pulley issues. Chip and his team of mechanics worked for two days straight to get the car back to working like new and for a fair price. What sets this garage apart (from the several I've experienced in my life!) is the combination of expert knowledge, up to date dignostic and repair tools, honest and completely transparent communication about issues with your vehicle and options for solving them, and a friendly, empathetic attitude towards customers. Donny - the mechanic (certified for repairing European cars) who worked on my Volvo car impressed me with his "let's get to work and solve this problem!" attitude...he figured out what needed to be done and went ahead and did it. It is refreshing to see such kind of dedication, thoroughness, and skill...as I told Chip (Service Manager) on my way out - "I would like to take a photo of you...just to remind me of what "Excellence-in-the-work place" looks like once I and my car are back home in Virginia. As a customer coming in with major car problems into this garage - I drove out with a new confidence in my car and a sense of gratitude for having been treated so very respectfully, empathetically and I'll even say - compassionately! Me and my wife both brought our cars here a couple months apart. Both cars developed a slow tire leak after. Just odd. Nice front desk. Comprehensive report on each car but be prepared for the upsell list of things wrong with your car.
