The only saving grace is the Costco discount. I would guess the front desk guys are paid on commission because they are relentlessly trying to upsell you on anything and everything they can and their prices without the Costco discount were 20-30% above what we were quoted elsewhere. Beyond that, I had to take my car back for them to fix the work that they did. They did an alignment on my car and gave it back to me more poorly aligned than I got it. They replaced my front lower control arms where one had nearly broken for $1000. Quotes from elsewhere were for $700, but they already had my car taken apart. Shame on me for not getting quotes elsewhere first, but shame on them for having such high prices and not doing quality work that doesn't require repairing their own repairs.

Brought my 2018 4Runner for tune-up, brakes and transmission maintenance. Staff are thorough, knowledgeable and careful. The 4Runner runs like new. I will definitely be back whenever I need service.
