He gave me plenty of options to get my rear view mirror fixed, had great communication, and most of all had a super fair price. UPDATE: although I still think Seth is very nice and the price was fair, they were actually unable to fix the mirror and I also ended up getting the car back with loose panels and extra issues with the wiring in the mirror. Ended up paying for nothing. Disappointing.

We brought our car in for diagnostics. When we had a question about the bill, instead of being educated on why we were billed the way we were, we were treated with extreme disrespect and were insulted by the man at the front desk, Nate. It was a simple question that we wanted clarification on. It didn’t need to turn into a heated argument. It was clear that Nate didn’t like to be questioned. Customers should have the right to understand what they are being charged for and why without being greeted with an attitude by the store’s employees.

They were kind to all their customers I saw walk and were fast with my service!
