Easiest and best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop. Great and honest staff. Explained a simple issue I had on my truck and didn’t charge me anything.

My daughter’s car had issues while going to school up north. My roadside assistance needed to tow the vehicle to a shop. I’m not from Orem. Several places said they couldn’t do a diagnostics on it for a couple of weeks. Steve’s Automotive said they would fit my daughter’s vehicle in that same day. They worked with the towing company to get it there. Sent me pictures and talked me through the diagnostics since I am not local. Gary helped me figure out the best option for that vehicle. It is impossible to describe how much the customer service has meant to me as a parent who lives hundreds of miles away. I had a great experience working with this crew and especially with Gary. They helped me understand exactly the issues I had with my car and helped me with options to determine what the right fix would be. The team got an Uber for me to get back home when we realized the repairs would take a few days and Gary made sure to call me during the whole process so I had the right expectations. This was an outstanding experience! My alternator was fixed here about a year ago, and it stopped working. They took it in and warrantied it out no questions asked. They were so quick to answer the phone and never left me on hold for more than a minute. It made me feel so happy that there are still honest businesses out there that are trying to take care of their customers. Overall, this was an 11/10, 6 star experience!! Service: Electrical

Best shop I have ever been to. They were quick to answer my call. Quick to get me in. They were super friendly and got my brake check done right away. Even gave me a loaner car while mine was being worked on. Bronson, who I spoke with on the phone and at the desk, was great and made sure I understood that everyone is family at Steve’s.

Amazing! They are fast, efficient, and very communicative. They allow drop offs the night before and get your vehicle in quickly. Shane communicated with me and sent me a report with pictures and details of what was needed. Lauren was able to help with financing, which was easy and again quick. We will be using their services again and again.

Took my car in for an initial inspection. They were quick and efficient. Nate was very helpful, and gave me an estimate and time frame of when it can be done. They also helped with other concern with my car. The waiting area was nice, had beverages and they even offer shuttle services. It was a very pleasant experience , highly recommend Steve’s Automotive Specialist.
