I love that they send you a detailed explanation of what's wrong with your car. For someone who doesn't really understand cars, this was SO helpful. Instead of just nodding my head and paying a bunch of money when I'm told what's wrong, I can actually understand why and how I need to get things fixed. Also, the staff at the Clearfield store were very friendly and the waiting area was nice!
