Randy is the man! He gave me honest opinions on what to fix now, and what I could post-phone to fix later on my Chevy Tahoe! While the Tahoe was in the shop, I got phone call and text message updates on how things were looking (pictures included). Randy got me wheels rolling just in time for my big road trip to Idaho. He even took the extra time post-check out to help me get my jammed back seats down; the Chevy dealership said they were stuck and wouldn't help me-- Randy got them down in 3 minutes! Steve Automotive is the BEST mechanic and tune-er-up-er I have ever been to. The friendly staff team and down-to-earth conversations were really the cherry onto of the cake!

I love that they send you a detailed explanation of what's wrong with your car. For someone who doesn't really understand cars, this was SO helpful. Instead of just nodding my head and paying a bunch of money when I'm told what's wrong, I can actually understand why and how I need to get things fixed. Also, the staff at the Clearfield store were very friendly and the waiting area was nice!

Steve's has the best customer service of any auto shop I have ever been to. They have a highly knowledgeable staff. They noticed I had a cracked radiator while doing a routine oil change because they inspect every car they take in. Without that inspection (which I didn't pay for) I'd have never known and could have possibly end up blown out on the freeway. They also have an incredible car care package that pays for itself almost as soon as you buy it.

Steve’s is great. I love that they offer free shuttle service and that there reports are so informative. Repairs are done in a timely manner and they walk you through every bit of it. Which helped me cause I’m not that good with car stuff. They have a customer for life here.

I just love Steve's automotive. They are always willing to help you find time to get your car work done. I've used their shuttle service so that I can squeeze in an oil change between classes. I've never been to another shop that is as accommodating as Steve's. Also, join the car care club if you can. It's well worth it.

These guys are absolutely amazing. They towed our car for a great price. There service is second to none and I would recommend them to anyone looking for repairs on there car!

I just got a new (to me) SUV and decided to try out Steve's for my first service. I was impressed with the customer service and great service plan offered by Steve's. Compared to other shops, their technicians were friendly and easy to talk to. I will definitely be going back in the future.
