I just got off of the phone with Steve's Automotive to see about a stereo/navigation repair. The gentleman that answered the phone was kind and listened. He asked follow-up questions to help diagnose the problem quickly. He explained what the most likely issue was and gave me options, from most cost-effective to whether I'd like to use factory materials. I won't have to use them for this fix, but I'm guaranteed to use them in the future and recommend them to others.

I brought my car in for a simple realignment & balancing, and fortunately Randy the mechanic discovered a few serious problems that needed to be addressed. He did a thorough inspection of my car and the prices were very reasonable. The front desk agent, Tifani, was so friendly and helpful. They even offered a shuttle service since my car needed to stay there overnight. I highly recommend Steve's Automotive Specialists! Very trustworthy and fair mechanics!!
