Disaster. I made an appointment for my son to take his car in for repairs. When the car was dropped off, he explained the problem he was experiencing. Shocks and struts and suspension issues. When we picked up the car several hours later, they had only changed the oil and said there weren't issues with the suspension, yet they handed us a sheet of suggested repairs and replacing shocks and struts was on it. That was the reason for the appointment. Now we have made 2 trips to Steve's and the repair isn't done. We took his car to a Mazda dealership and they made the repairs. I know it's unusual to be unhappy with too little repair at an autoshop, but the communication and service were terrible I would not recommend at all.

I took my vehicle for a Safety and Emissions. It was a busy day for Steve's automotive and they were running late on my vehicle after I had dropped it off. There was an issue with the staff communicating delays in my service. I brought this lack of communication to the attention of the management. Upon checkout with my vehicle the manager stated that even before I brought it to his attention he was working with staff to find out why there was a delay in my service. He then debriefed his staff and we discussed my concerns and how he would make sure a break in communication like that did not occur again. I am grateful that the management here cares enough about their customers and the service they provide to debrief their own staff and work with customers to provide the a great experience.

I just got off of the phone with Steve's Automotive to see about a stereo/navigation repair. The gentleman that answered the phone was kind and listened. He asked follow-up questions to help diagnose the problem quickly. He explained what the most likely issue was and gave me options, from most cost-effective to whether I'd like to use factory materials. I won't have to use them for this fix, but I'm guaranteed to use them in the future and recommend them to others.
