We had an emergency vehicle issue with our Pacifica days before my family and I were embarking on a cross country trip from Layton, Utah to Baltimore, Maryland. I called Steve's for help (based on there stellar Google reviews). Mitch Houser answered the phone. I explained the sound/symptoms my minivan was displaying. I was able to get the vehicle in the hand's of Steve's automotive specialists the very next morning. They were able to identify the problem and gave me an estimate on the timeline to fix it. I explained my situation regarding the travel and how that would be a very tight window to get the van back before we left. I really appreciated the level of empathy Mitch displayed towards my situation. He was very understanding and expressed that he would do everything in his power to expedite the repairs. They were able to get the parts much faster than expected. Thanks to the creativeness and expertise of the specialist that worked on my minivan, they were able to get it repaired much faster than expected. It's good as new and just in time for our trip. Steve's Automotive Specialists felt like a business that took pride in the work they do and the service they provide to their community. My opinion is based largely on the manner Mitch Houser conducted himself during our interactions. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Must feel good to be that good at what you do.
