I recently went into Steve's thinking I had an issue with my transmission after getting some grinding sounds from my car and it being unable to move. They were able to get me in the same day and diagnose the issue and have it repaired quickly. It turned out to be an issue with my axle thankfully, but they were quick and also provided me with some guidance on maintenance I'll need in the near future. I worked with Toby when calling it and he was friendly in giving me updates and I felt he genuinely cared about the issues I was having with my car. Steve's has a solid, honest team that I'll be back to look at any future issues or maintenance and I'd gladly recommend them to anyone.

We, being lazy customers, took the car in only a week before our trip and amazingly they were able to get it done exactly on time!
