It’s was that time of the year for another oil change. While there did emissions testing too. Opted to save the $10 and do the plate registration myself online. While there they checked the wiring for a light that was previously replaced. This place always knows how to make sure you leave happy. They get everything done in a timely fashion moreover I called to see if they could advance my appointment an hour and they were able to make it happen. Once you start going here, you never no anywhere else.

I wasn't thrilled about the labor cost, but I understand that it's the going rate, and you have to charge the going rate. My truck is fixed in two days, and it performs better than it ever did! Thank you!

Sheldon was my contact person he was professional and kept me updated on the status on the repairs. The techs found the problem and I was happy about the results. I will return to Automotive Specialists in the future

I appreciated the fact that they changed their mind as I was leaving to fix my flat tire in bad weather conditions but it was the most expensive flat tire repair I have done in my entire life . Usually other shops fix it complimentary like burt brothers and I am not asking them to do it for free but what I paid was extreme . But I still thank you for fixing my flat tire . Cheerz

I had the distinction of spending an entire Wednesday in the waiting room with my dog. My van, which I live in, was having some issues and they were incredibly accommodating about my situation. Excellent communication, I was kept in the loop at every step. I also greatly appreciated the free 40 (or 50?)-point inspection at the end so that I know what I need to watch out for in the near future. Would recommend and use again!

they are honest and thorough. they do what I ask and also check and make sure something's not going to break down on me on the road in the near future. but most of all they are honest, reliable, friendly and trustworthy
