They got me in quick for an engine issue, very professional and nice. Got my belts replaced same day. They showed me the belts even SOI could see why they needed replacing, love the transparency. Will definitely be back if I have another issue.

Twice in the last three weeks they have bent me over. Once when my boys were going on a trip and I took it in for repair. And today as the family was getting ready for a trip. Their is no commuinication. I was supposed to pick up my truck today and they have known since yesterday they wouldn't get the work done. No communication. They also seem incapable of listening to a customer or their needs. It also appears they aren't capable of doing a simple shop that three other shops told me would be no big deal. All it sounds like is that they want to do a repair a certain way becasue it is easier for them and more money for them. Not becasue it is the right thing to do for the cusomer. In the future I will just take my vehicles to shops I know I can rely on.

Lyle, it sounds like the real issue here is a breakdown in communication and for that I will sincerely apologize. It seems there must be a better way to resolve this than by writing a review with crude and unwarranted sexual references.
