I decided to bring my car to this body shop after it started overheating. I wasn't referred, but I looked them up in Google and their shop looked really nice and I had a good feeling about trusting my car to them. They stayed in touch with me the whole time, and they were able to fix my car very quickly. When I went to pick up my car, there was 2 very nice guys that helped me feel comfortable and showed me one of the parts that they replaced on my car. Great overall service

Charged $187 for diagnostic on my 12 year old car and then quoted me $1600 which didn’t even include the a laundry list of maintenance recommendations (based on “visual inspection”) although I had that work done five months ago. Guy was terse and irritable on the phone when I asked about that. Sounded sketchy, so I called another local shop who confirmed high quote. Took it to my brother who fixed it for $180 of parts and about an hour of work. It’s running fine now.

I was really nervous to go to a new mechanic but Steve's made our experience so comfortable. I really appreciated the friendliness of their staff and their timeliness. They were also very good at communicating what was wrong with our car and why the repairs were necessary. Highly recommend!
