Charged $187 for diagnostic on my 12 year old car and then quoted me $1600 which didn’t even include the a laundry list of maintenance recommendations (based on “visual inspection”) although I had that work done five months ago. Guy was terse and irritable on the phone when I asked about that. Sounded sketchy, so I called another local shop who confirmed high quote. Took it to my brother who fixed it for $180 of parts and about an hour of work. It’s running fine now.
I will listen to all the phone calls associated with your visit, review the technician's reports, debrief the advisor who helped you to get his side of the story, and once this process is complete I will post the findings here. - Richard (Owner)
