I just love Steve's automotive. They are always willing to help you find time to get your car work done. I've used their shuttle service so that I can squeeze in an oil change between classes. I've never been to another shop that is as accommodating as Steve's. Also, join the car care club if you can. It's well worth it.

They just looked at my 2008 focus and supplied me with an incredible summary of my car's health. They didn't even charge me for my diagnostics, and they steered me away from an unessesary engine mount replacement. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ONLY THOSE I LOVE

I would recommend Doug's to anyone, they care about you and most importantly making sure your car needs are fixed. They were able to indentify my squeaky car noises and fix the real problem!! I've taken it to two other places and they weren't able to help or seem to try very hard. At Doug's they will spend the time to figure it out while offering excellent customer service.

I had gone to a "tune up" place for my emissions and every time I was advised I needed to drive more miles on my car as it said "not ready." I drove over 300 miles and still it said "not ready" I went to this place 7 times and the last time they said their machine couldn't read it and that I should take it to a mechanic. So what were they if not a mechanic. I used to go to Clearfield High in my younger years and seen many businesses come and go and so when I saw Steve's I thought "why not" I went there with my paperwork and asked for their help. I had given up and had all the extensions I could get on my vehicle and so if they couldn't help me I was parking my car for the winter and being done. A few hours later I was informed that the fuse that allows the machine to read the computer was missing and that they replaced it and that I needed to drive it some more. Of course I thought, "here we go again" but this young man (Ben) said he could let me use his detector thing that reads the codes and when I drove it enough and it was clear to bring it back. So I did and I brought it back and it passed! I was so excited. I went to pay and was told only the price of Emissions, I was never even charged for the fuse they replaced. Most places charge you for every drop of oil you get. I felt like they were honest and wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I won't go to another Tune up place again for emissions. I'm going back to Steve's. Thanks Kathleen H.

I have always had a great experience at the Sandy location. Mike has always been honest with me on what needs to be taken care of now or if it can wait for awhile. They take great care of my cars.

This shop is the epitome of shady mechanics. They will hook you for every dime you have, not to mention when you do pay for a service they don't do it right! I had a safety check done here before moving to a new state, they flagged just about everything EXCEPT the cracked ball bearing that could cause my wheel to fall off at any moment. That's a pretty huge thing to miss and could have cost me my life. Steves said my CV axels needed work- they are brand new! They flagged my breaks- again, brand new! Do not go here. They will prey on you and scam you.
