Dear Unsatisfied Customer, you're absolutely right, Jiffy Lube and other shops may charge half or possibly even a 3rd of the price for certain maintenance services and you'd be lucky if you get as much as a 3rd of the value for your money. It sounds like our advisor was unsuccessful in explaining the difference between proper or quality maintenance and what I call 'Quick Lube' maintenance, where although it may be cheaper, it's rarely worth the small price you pay for it.
