Excellent costumer service. I was buying a new car and needed an inspection done. The seller brought it in because of the way our schedules worked and Mike worked with me to do the inspection then called me and talked me through everything. He was 100% honest and let me know the items highlighted on the inspection they emailed me could wait around 6 months if i wanted. I called my Dad who owns and operates a Midas on the East coast, sent him the inspection, and he concurred with everything Mike told me about what the inspection showed so I know for a fact he was being honest. Additionally, they are military and law enforcement friendly which gets them 6/5 stars!

They refused to give me a quote over the phone despite it being a standard part on a standard vehicle. They kept filling me full of BS about subtle differences between car models and they need to see my specific vehicle. What ever. Sounds like the work of a bunch of con men to me.

Side Show, we'd rather get a 1 star review from you because we were honest up front instead of getting one later on because the price we quoted over the phone was wrong. Phone quotes are a terrible way to shop for automotive service because it's very difficult to truly compare apples to apples and for a myriad of reasons the price is often wrong. The con men in this business quote you the cheapest price imaginable over the phone and then the price suddenly changes once your vehicle is in pieces at their shop. The most professional shops in the United States do not quote repair prices over the phone.
