No one likes hitting a pothole on the highway, and no one likes to pay for the resulting damage to be repaired. The staff at Steve's Automotive Specialists made it as painless as possible. Although my estimate appeared to be at slightly higher cost than a value shop like Walmart, the margin was well worth the improved service and convenient location, not to mention the free loaner car that allowed me to continue on without any wait. They don't give you the proper expectation over the phone they tell you free estimate and then when you get there they want money just to look at the damn vehicle

Giving a 1-star because 0 isn’t an option. Advisor told me my car needs almost $2,000 worth of repairs and basically made it sound like it’s unsafe to drive. So I took it to another shop for a second opinion. They quoted me half that amount for the proposed work. After looking at it, the new shop claims that none of the things listed by Steve’s were actually wrong with it and it only needs $50 worth of maintenance. Steve’s also sends out way too much junk mail. My advice is to stay away.

These guys are literally the greatest! The front receptionist Brittnie is always friendly and is great at helping me get what I need whenever I come in. The diagnostic test they do is really helpful to see what I need fixed immediately and what things can wait a little bit longer to be addressed. They always ask you about any work and tell you what it will cost, so you can decide if you want to do it that day or if you want to hold off on it. They will also check any car you are thinking about buying to let you know if the price the seller is asking is worth it. Steve's Automotive Specialists is by far the best auto repair shop that I have ever been to.

This shop is excellent. They were willing and happy to get my 97 4Runner fixed and did it at a fair price. They communicated everything quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely be using them for the inevitable repairs to come in the futures.
