Took my car in because it was vibrating very badly. They got my car up and running the next day and it’s running like brand new. There was some other things that need to be replaced in the near future that they could’ve easily suggested I replace now and charged me for it but they did not do that. I trust bank card with these guys they are very knowledgeable and know what they’re doing and they have fair prices.

They've always been straight up and kind to me. I worked with Dirk and he's phenomenal. I've gotten my Clutch and my starter replaced here. They actually beat several other prices on my clutch replacement. Saving me several hundred dollars. I come here for all maintenance and any issues I have with my car. 10/10 will always come here.

The establishment sold me a tire which was defective. The tire lost air pressure after less than 300 miles of driving, and upon bringing the car into another tire store, they indicated a bubble in the sidewall and replaced the tire. After contacting DMAC, and returning the tire, the owner indicated that they had no responsibility for the tire and refused to rebate my purchase. They asserted the problem was my fault for driving on an underinflated tire. Strange how a "properly installed" tire would begin to lose air after less than 300 miles and without a puncture. Stay away from this place for your automotive repair needs.

Shane at Steve’s Automotive was amazing!!! They came and towed my car. I was told it was the engine by another company. Steve’s automotive took a look and sent me pictures of what was wrong with it! They had my car for 3 days total and were super quick at fixing everything!!! Great company to work with and very blessed my aunt referred me!!!

When I first approached Expertec, I was a bit intimidated by the very nice looking building and signage. Surely, I thought, they must charge a pretty penny to have such nice facilities. What I found, however, is that they'd rather provide you AMAZING customer service and VERY reasonable prices to keep their customers coming back. I originally went in to get emissions done on my newer GMC. The catalytic converter prevented the tests from passing. I had been putting the replacement off for years because the dealership and several shops had quoted me at least $2000 for the parts and service. Expertec found an aftermarket converter and did the service for a third of that! You can reasonably expect staff to call and give you updates as your service progresses, understandable explanations of what's wrong and the associated fix, and reasonably timely service.
