I recently purchased a 1999 Lexus LX470. The hydraulic suspension wasn't working and I decided to give these guys a call. I have to admit, I haven't had a more amazing service experiment anywhere else in my life. Mike was awesome in explaining to me the common issues with these and what to do. After a very reasonable quote and a few hours later, my SUV was finished and working perfectly! I'm proud to say they will be working on my Lexus from now on and I will send anyone I can their way.

I was traveling through from Seattle to Lake Havasu when I accidentally put oil into my transmission. The girl on the phone was highly knowledgeable telling me to not start the van and that they would have a tow truck out ASAP. They helped me out getting everything taken care of and on my way in no time.

This place is great! I have referred my sister and father in law. I love how they send you pictures of all diagnostics and talk you through what you really need to have done. They have great customer service and have shuttled me home when I didn't have a vehicle! Highly recommend! High quality customer service, parts and mechanics! Toyota certified!!

The staff was so friendly and really cared about fixing my car. I had taken my car previously to a dealership and they told me there were several things wrong with my car and it would be well over $4k to fix it. We found Steve's Automotive and they fixed ONE thing and it fixed everything!! We saved over 90%! And the best thing... they called a few days after to make sure the car was running smoothly and if we needed anything else. They truly care about their customers!

They were fast and friendly. Asked to get a car looked at and checked out that I was interested in buying and they got me in right there and then. Detailed reports.

I explained to the mechanic what I knew was wrong with my engine. His free inspection was him just telling me what I already knew and he suggested I pay $160 to actually tell me something helpful. $160 was just for the deeper inspection. Oh and he texted me to tell me he would call "shortly" which turned out to be 45 minutes later.

Brett, I'm sorry our free preliminary inspection didn't give you more information than you already had, it usually does. However, in those cases where it doesn't we do recommend scientific testing to provide an accurate diagnosis, otherwise we would be guessing or rolling the dice with your money, and I'm sure you can appreciate the fact that we don't want to do that.
