I feel like this is one of those rare mechanic shops that looks at every inch of your vehicle and doesn’t talk you into fixing or replacing everything. And it’s free to look at it all. They run great specials. Not the fastest place but I would take authenticity over speed.

I have nothing negative to say about Steve's Automotive Specialists. I had several issues pop up in my car and they took time to explain what the problem was so I (as a person who doesn't understand cars) could understand. Something that I loved is that they send you a text/email that allows you to see what they noticed was wrong, with a clear explanation of how to fix the situation. They are so kind and helpful. After I had work done on my car, a few days later I got a hand written thank you note in the mail. I would recommend they to anyone!

LOVE STEVE'S! I was told about Steve's from a family member, and I didn't expect much from a mechanic company since they are all rude, conniving, and demeaning, but NOT Steve's. Ron (their employee) went above and beyond to help us with our car. I can't believe how caring and thoughtful he was. I'm blown away with his customer service. I live 45 minutes away from Steve's but I'll continue to take my cars there.
