Although a bit pricey, the service was great. Made an appointment in the morning and car was done by mid afternoon. They offer a free shuttle which helped me get to and from work. They provide an inspection report which shows items needing attention, but aren't pushy to have those things done right away.

Turnaround time was extremely fast. Car was ready the next day and ran great. I had a transmission service, valve adjustment, spark plugs changed, and power steering pump repaired. The cost of services seemed high to me when all was said and done. After speaking with Jeremy Smith he explained that I should have been informed of different options at the beginning (lower cost with shorter warranty or using lower quality parts), which was not presented to me. I had received their premium services and best parts, which is okay with me. They stand by their work and offer lifetime warranty for the parts they use.

I came in for a pre-purchase inspection because I heard that they were knowledgeable about jeeps in particular. Every shop I have been to I have always been talked down to, probably because I am a woman. That was not the case with Steve's. They were so respectful and friendly to me. They were able to get me in last minute before my sale went though, checked out something extra for me and didn't charge extra, Ron even told me about a similar jeep for sale if this one didn't work out. They went the extra mile for me and I will be getting all work done here from now on. While I was waiting, the receptionist was on the phone with someone working out financing. I didn't hear specific information but this chick did EVERYTHING she could to help this person over the phone to get her financing or payment plans. She even went and asked multiple mechanics about any kind of deal or anything that they could do for her. I was so impressed by this!! They seem like they would go the extra mile for anyone.

They were fast, thorough, and in the end didn't charge me more than the diagnostic cost because they said the repair was actually too easy and they didn't feel right charging for it. Fantastic service!

took my 2014 challenger to have some front end work done great customer service at the front desk even have a shuttle to get you to work while they work on your car had it done the same day i was not 100% happy with the alignment they took it right back in and fixed it for me i am so satisfied with them i took my wife's 2013 Honda fit to get serviced they are going to get all my business will recommend to every one

Great service but you get what you pay for! Their estimates are higher than most but they are really fast.
