Appointment scheduled at 10:30 for an oil change (car was dropped off in advance 30 minutes prior to appointment start) and car wasn’t ready until 2:40, no follow up or updates to customer on what’s wrong or to gain approval (minor issue), and once approved was quoted 30 minutes to complete/repair and 2 hours later it was finally completed while every other car showed up after my appointment scheduled and left before my car was done. No care or concern about the impact to the customer or clear communication. Also, please for the safety of your patrons, stop sharing/confirming their personal address and phone number in front of all your store!!!! “Has anything changed since your last visit” will help protect your customers.
