We had a great experience at Steve’s Automotive Specialists! They were kind, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make sure we knew about our rear brakes needing to be replaced (they really were worn) even though we were just going in for an oil change. With an unexpected repair, they have a third party financing to cover the cost and low payments. It was a great experience and we would definitely go back!

I was very unhappy with my service here I brought in my Camaro and they gave me a quote on what it would be it was a whole third more than what they told me it was gonna be I don’t mind that I understand I own a car that is expensive to maintain but then when I leave I get in my car and it smells like straight motor oil the center council has oil all over it won’t be bringing my car here again

They were able to get me in for an oil change immediately. Affordable and reasonably priced with a modern method to show fix items that need attention.

Took my car in for a basic emission renewal, was talked into leaving overnight for triple the cost of work done. While there less than 24 hours, they left my car unlocked and it was broken into. THEY DID NOT NOTIFY ME. I found out my car was burglarized by a police officer calling me AFTER they made me sign the release documents. DO NOT GO HERE.

I needed emissions for my truck registration. I was able to make the appointment online. They were fast, professional and just awesome. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

I want to point out that the following review is based on facts. You are welcome to form your own opinion from these facts. I usually get my service done at the dealership. They have raised their prices continually over the years to the point where I was looking for someplace else to have my routine services done. I received Steve's Automotive mailer and my wife's car needed to have the oil service done. The mailer had a coupon for a full synthetic oil change for $49.95 or $49.99. I don't remember which one. This also includes an inspection of the car and a free tire rotation which I didn't need because we just replaced the tires at Discount Tires. That is an excellent price for a full synthetic oil change so I asked what their normal price was on this service and he said that is their normal price and he just had lowered it $10. He said they are trying to attract customers with this because they want to be my neighborhood mechanic. It is a high mileage car due to the fact that my wife commutes to work a fair distance. I left with over $750 in recommendations that I elected not to have done right then. Less than 1 month later I brought her car in to have the emissions test done. We didn't get our normal card in the mail so we were scrambling to get it done last minute. As I am waiting in their waiting room both times, every call he made to a customer that the work they brought their car in for was completed. He also included at least 1 addition thing that needed to be done and often 2 or 3. He gave me another recommendation and told me that the front brakes had 3mm of brake pad and soon we would be metal on metal. I got a quote of well over $500. I also elected not to have that don't right then since there was enough brake pad to allow me to shop for some different quotes. I called several places and chose to have Les Schwab look at it and they also offered a free brake inspection. They were busy but they were willing to work me in. I spend over 3 hours waiting in their waiting room to get this inspection and brakes replaced. That was important to do that day because I already had her car for the day. I have an invoice from Les Schwab showing they pulled all 4 tires and I have 6mm on the front tires and 8mm on the back. To explain this they had a visual aid with colors to explain to customers what that means. There is 3 green strips, 3 yellow and 2 red. My brakes were inline with first yellow strip after the green. They don't do brakes until they get down into the red. This was the Manager that was telling me all this. He said he wants to do my brakes but it's not time yet. I have one rhetorical question. If they did an inspection less than a month earlier, why was the brake issue not brought to my attention then? As I mentioned at the beginning of this review this has only facts in it, not opinions, which I do have several. You can form your own opinion based on this and other reviews stating the same thing. It is also a fact that I will not be doing business at Steve's Automotive again.

When I clipped a large dropped car part and popped a tire on the freeway, it was the start of a very stressful day. My tires were under warranty (at Costco), so they took care of that, and then recommended I go to Steve's Automotive Specialist a few miles away to get my alignment checked out. On the phone, I was quoted a price and told it would take up to 2 hours to get it taken care of. When I walked into the store, they said it might take 45 minutes. I was incredibly impressed when they called me up to the desk 20 minutes later to ring me up and send me on my way! The guys at the desk were kind and gasped at all the appropriate points when I told them about my crazy day. haha. 5 stars!
