Because of their ratings I decided to take my truck to their shop instead of a dealership knowing this could be a major job which required removing the whole dash. Quoted me a 3 day job, but called to let me know it was ready in 2. A little bit of sticker shock, but was confident they did a good job. Happy enough to bring it back the next week for oil and filter service that was cheaper than I could buy the materials to do it myself. On top of that, they included a tire rotation at no charge. Happy customer

Needed new tires and was able to quickly book an appointment and note a couple tire options I was looking at. I showed up and they had three options at different quotes and good explanations of the differences. Service was perfect, nothing went un communicated and was friendly the entire time. Pick up time for my car was almost exactly on the dot, and through a couple phone calls I had with them during the time my car was being serviced on I was told what to do next time I returned, and more details that made me more comfortable. Definitely will be my go to mechanics from here on out.

I’ve had lots of work done by this shop . Every service performed in my car has been great . I was however not a fan of the customer service I received from the technician at the counter . I was shopping around for another mechanic . Something came up and decided to take my car back one last time to see if the service would be different . I’m glad I went in. Daniel was at the counter and was so friendly and inviting to talk to . He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions without making me feel dumb for asking . I look forward going back as long as they have Daniel at the counter representing the store . What a fantastic choice to have him up front with customers . Also would like to give a positive mention to the new hire Leo . It was his first day but nonetheless was wonderful to engage with .
