After getting kind of screw over by another shop, Steve's Auto took care of me. They were able to find the parts I needed for a cheaper price, gave me a loaner car and got my car fixed fast. They were transparent about every step of the process and were extremely professional and courteous. I will be using them for all my car's needs in the future.

Brought my truck in with a heating issue. James kept me updated the entire time. They got the part in and had the truck back up and running in 2 days. Excellent work. No issues.

Steve's Automotive is a great mechanic for anyone needing assistance with their car needs. In my experience, they have been extremely helpful and actually went the extra mile to help me out with a few things free of charge. Toby at the front desk is great. He is knowledgeable, professional, and super helpful. Would definitely recommend these guys as the best in the east bench area.

I had the check tje ac out and the compressor was bad. I was laid off my job and didn't have the funds to replace it. And they where understanding and polite and professional. Thank you

If I could leave a zero stars I would I set an appointment for a simple alignment and as someone who is very familiar with cars and working on them only brought it in cause I don’t have an alignment rack. I set my appointment for 3 showed up early and talked to the workers. I sat down waiting for my car to be worked on. It took them an hour to even put my car on the rack when I had called before hand set an appointment and verified everything then they looked at it for a couple minutes and took it off then made me wait another 30 minutes until then handed my keys back for what reason i don’t know. Then they proceeded to tell me my ball joints were old and they couldn’t proceed with the service but I had already clarified before starting that I knew they were slightly old and to just proceed anyway. I know it’s there job to upsell but it’s still an annoying time when I already clarified everthing with the shop before taking it in just for them to waste hours of my day for nothing. This is exactly why shops have a bad reputation and the reason I avoid them at all cost I will not be returning and I recommend everyone else look elsewhere.
