They were very prompt in getting my car in the service done, came out to explain that some other work was needed several miles ago. Along with what it would cost. I really want to think them for all the hard work.

I was told my car needed a front end alignment done. So instead of taking my car to where I purchased it from I contacted Steve's. Took my car in, was told it would be a longer wait than normal so they got Uber for me to get home. As soon as I got home they called and told me my car didn't need an alignment. I am impressed with their integrity. I was amazed how helpful and friendly the staff was to me. Everyone has always said a woman should not take things in to get fixed, however I was treated very respectful. I would give them 10 start and recommended Steve's automotive to everyone.

Great service performed on my Ford F150. I had 4 tires and alignment installed and I am so happy. The tires are so quite. Nolan Raybon is a great service tech. We will be back if any additional service is required.

The usually get the job done quick and some of our experiences have been positive. However, our last few have not been so good. They forgot to put the skid plate on after changing the oil and they put the lug nuts on so tight that it took 180lbs of force to take them off again when they were supposed to only be tightened to 110lbs. They also told us of $3000 of work that needed to be done, when we checked with two other mechanics they said our vehicle was perfectly fine. There’s definitely some great people here but also some that also seem like they have a minimum wage work ethic.

After picking up my 4Runner after an oil change and tune up about 20 min after closing my skid plate fell down and I wasn't able to drive very far. I called Steve's just in case and left a message about what happened and shortly after Sheldon contacted me. Because I wasn't able to drive very far, both Sheldon and Kendall came in a truck and helped secure the skid plate after hours. They were such a blessing and I am so thankful that they came to help me and my girls even though it was after hours. Thank you Sheldon, Kendall and all the guys at Sandy. They always go above and beyond.
