The guys at Steve's Automotive are great. Very friendly, Knowledgeable, and professional. They take time to go over all your options and explain the "why" behind everything. They accommodate you as well and as quickly as possible. No complaints or regrets whatsoever and I plan to keep taking my vehicles there as needed even though I have to drive across town!

I visited Steve's Automotive in Santa Clara this morning to schedule an appointment for my 2011 Honda Accord's broken tail light. To my surprise, they replaced it in under 15 minutes and didn’t charge me a dime! It’s fantastic to see a service that truly goes above and beyond. This quick, free fix really brightened my day, and I’m extremely grateful. I definitely plan to return for future maintenance!

I am extremely satisfied with the service given by excellent team at Steve's Automotive. Daniel, the manager, went above and beyond in making sure my complicated repair and upgrade went well. He was professional, personable and a great communicator. They were fair and transparent in detailing the costs and worked with me to get it done within the budget. James, their expert in differentials, was also supremely helpful, taking extra time at the end of the day to help me know exactly what I should do to maintain functionality and performance. They definitely know their stuff and have certainly earned my future business and trust.
