This was my first time in and it was a delightful experience. Customer service is amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. I called in to make an appointment for a basic oil change and the receptionist suggested a afternoon appointment as they were super busy that day which worked for me even though I would have preferred to get a morning apt. She ended up calling a minute later to let me know she was actually able to get me in at a much earlier time. The service took about an hour but they offer free pick up and drop off service. Overall I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Awesome service all around. My transmission went out on my truck and called steves and worked with Mike and can't thank them enough for getting my truck back so fast. They sent a tow truck to my house and had the rebuilt transmission in and back to me in 4 days and there 58 point inspection found a few issues that needed addressed before they turned into major service issues. Honest upfront and great with communication. 5 stars all the way. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

I have been going to Steve's for three years now. They have been excellent to work with. They have integrity and do excellent work. Bonus is they have a shuttle for quicker fixes and loaner cars for longer fixes.
