Very friendly and most helpful. Yes it took a little longer then others but they put so much more time and care into my car. Felt like they actually cared about the health of my car.

They had great customer service. The mechanic kept me updated on the status of my car while they were diagnosing it and provided reasonable options. Everyone was amiable and attempted to help me to the best of their ability. It was a comfortable experience regardless of the stresses of auto repair.

Have had every one of my vehicles in to them before, and have always been treated very fairly and have had excellent service and good repairs. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I used them a few years ago and they were not reliable. It took them two months for a repair they said would only be two to three weeks. When I called them at the one month mark they said they hadn't even started because they were short staffed. The only reason I let them do the work at that point wss because they promised to have it done in a week, and it still took them another month. I was out about $3,000 for the repair, and because I had to rent a car I was out that much again for a car rental. When I asked them for compensation they offered an oil change. I asked for more because of how they didn't live up to their promises, and they said if they did anything else they wouldn't make any money. They've now lost a customer for life, and I tell my friends not to go there either.
