Well they recommended a new $4000 computer but had told me that reprogramming it was a must the first time around and should suffice. 2nd time I'm told I need a new 4000 dollar computer to correct the problem I originally brought it in for Also dropped it off with a full tank of gas and now on 1/4 of a tank which I know they won't replace the gas used and I have zero money to replace myself. They will find out what's wrong with your car and if you can afford it then you're good if not stay away. They're expensive and will use all your gas. That didnt help much. Guess i should wait to do a review until the car is fixed. Supposedly fixed it and got the car back. 1500 bucks and little less then 2 months later and guess whos back with the same issue Googled them and called before i brought my car. Talked with dan. I love their transparency attitude. They were upfront about what they were doing
Stacy, first of all I'm very sorry that you're facing such a large repair, that's a lot of money for anyone. Secondly, after investigating your previous repair it appears that you chose not to follow our recommendation which would have indeed fixed the problem the first time. I also found when listening to the phone calls that you were specifically informed that the repair you chose was not a long term or guaranteed fix. Regarding the gas, the problem with your vehicle required a lot of test driving to diagnose, which of course uses gasoline. If you truly feel that we should pay for the gas that had to be used to diagnose your vehicle then let me know and I'll pay for it. Unfortunately, we don't get to choose what's wrong with your vehicle nor how much it will cost to properly fix it, we can only pass this information along to you. We are willing to apply as much as possible of your previous repair toward the proper repair if you choose to do so. If you have any other questions or concerns please call me directly at 801-694-7936 and I'll do anything I can to help! - Richard (Owner)
