I took my Forester there to get a second opinion on work that I needed done on my engine. While they had the car, I had them fix my alignment. The guy that looked at my car pressured me to make a decision that day, even though I had been previously told that I was okay to keep driving it. He called three times, and he made me feel super uncomfortable. I ended up getting the work done at a different shop, and I had to have that shop fix the alignment because my car continued to pull right after I picked it up from Steve's. Also, they called after the service and offered a $10 gift card for a five-star review. Honestly that just added to my discomfort. Update- A manager called after I posted the initial review and refunded the cost of my alignment, which I appreciated.
