I hooked a bungee cord in the snow and it embedded in my front tire. He fixed it for free and had someone take me to my meeting. He knew I lived a county away and that I'd never be back, but he treated me like gold anyway. You don't get better service than that.

My husband and I came here for the first time after reading the reviews. We previously went to another auto shop to get our brakes fixed and they gave us an outrageous price and we knew something was not right. So we decided to get a 2nd opinion and Steve's automotive was amazing. Not only did they take pictures the mechanic explained very well what was wrong and what needed to be done and the price range was perfect and exactly what we needed to hear. This place is amazing and we are coming here from now on for our auto needs. Thank you

I was looking for a new shop for car repair needs. When I went the first time I was amazed at how above and beyond they went! Every time after has been great. Their knowledge and professionalism is top notch.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Steve's Automotive. One of the things that I absolutely love is if they run a diagnostic on your car and they will document everything for you that they looked at. Once they finish they will send the report to you in a text message for you to look at before they call you so you can look at what they are going to talk to you about. Not just that, but it includes pictures and statuses so you can see exactly what they are talking about for everything. And then, they call. They talk to you about what is important and needs fixing now, and why, and then they help you triage the rest of your car so you know exactly what you need now and what can wait. I never felt pressured to get something fixed, I never felt like they were even going to force me to get work done right then. They are all friendly, and they've become one of the few mechanics that I feel like I can absolutely trust. I would recommend this place to anyone. Update: Apt. 2018 - I brought my car in to get the tires rotated. The staff is very friendly still and the if you have questions about something they will help explain it to you in a way that you’ll understand. It only that but they’ve upgraded their services. They have a shuttle driver here so if you need your car fixed and it’ll take some time they’ll get you back home or to a place you need/want to go and will also pick you up. I’m know they have at least 2 guys do the shuttles. I haven’t met Dave, but Coach is the other guy and he is a fantastic and friendly guy! Debbie is the receptionist and she is probably one of the most personable and kind people I’ve met at any mechanic or even businesses. I can’t recommend this place enough. I just wish I still lived up in the valley so I know I would be taken care of. Instead I’m now out of town so I bring my cars by here when I’m in town. They have my business for the long haul, and I make the effort to bring my car to them when I’m in town and need work done. I love this place!

I have taken multiple vehicles here and have had nothing but the best experience. Before any work is done the not only call to explain what they found and what needs to be done, but they send you a link with pictures of the problem areas with added notes and severity of the problem. I have never felt taken advantage of and always felt they are completely honest. All the staff I have had contact with have been extremely professional, friendly, and polite. I will continue to take my all my vehicles here and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
