I was impressed with the service and treatment that I received from this company. They were punctual in reporting about my vehicle's problem and they even took the initiative to call Ford and asked information about warranties for my car. The company's willingness to let my car stay in their shop until I figure out what to do with it was unprecedented. Steve's Automotive Specialists were very helpful to me and I highly recommend them.

This is a great shop, very easy to work with, keeps you updated on the work of the car and the shuttle system was awesome (very little wait time for the ride). I had a really good experience with my car repairs. The shop came out and towed my car to their facility (price included if you have service done there). They kept me advised of the progress in determining the repairs needed and gave me a couple of options on repair and pricing to reflect my needs once they had the car apart and could do the complete assessment. They also picked me up and gave me a ride to pick up my car. I did not need the loaner car, but they did say one was available as well. I had a very pleasant experience with all the people I worked with in the shop and would return there for service again if necessary.

I went to Steve's Automotive Specialists today. I brought my car in the morning and they were able to fix all the issues by the end of the day. I was a little nervous for their point inspection, because I thought it was only an attempt to sale me services I didn't need. However, they were very knowledgeable, sent me a detailed report of my car, and put no pressure on me whatsoever. I will definitely go back if my car has anymore trouble.
