I recently had an issue with my windshield wiper system. Fluid was not coming out so I added some fluid and found as fast as I was pouring it in it was leaking out on the pavement. I called the GM dealer and they thought I might need to replace the whole fluid container and quoted me a price of $235. I wasn't happy with that price so I looked at highly rated mechanic reviews and found Steve's ratings to be pretty solid and called and made an appointment for the next morning. Jeremy, the mechanic called me about an hour later and told me I had a cracked hose/line that a prior mechanic had fixed that had basically separated from the fluid container. He fixed it for free by using some clamps and stated that he thought would do the trick and if I had any problems in the future he recommended replacing the line. I am not sure if my the dealership would have done the same. I appreciate his honesty and integrity and his willingness to help and give me a freebie! I will continue to frequent Steve's Automotive Specialists in the future! Thanks Jeremy and Bre!

I was impressed with the service and treatment that I received from this company. They were punctual in reporting about my vehicle's problem and they even took the initiative to call Ford and asked information about warranties for my car. The company's willingness to let my car stay in their shop until I figure out what to do with it was unprecedented. Steve's Automotive Specialists were very helpful to me and I highly recommend them.

Have used Steve's twice now. Have been satisfied both times. Wasn't "blown away" but the service was good, they kept me informed. The last time was a clutch replacement. Honda dealer wanted over $2500 and added a bunch of additional services. Steve's replace the clutch and advised that the additional items weren't needed at this time. Since it was a certified used car from Honda and I haven't had it that long, I tend to believe Steve's over Honda. Will be using Steve's again.

I have used both locations for service and have always found Steve's to be honest and fair. I love the option of a lifetime warranty! The service advisor always tells me what repair would benefit from a lifetime warranty vs a one year warranty. Obviously I wouldn't want a lifetime warranty on a inexpensive item but on a large item like a steering rack or fuel pump I would rather pay a premium price to have it covered for life than have to pay again if the part fails after the 12 month or 12000 mile cutoff that most places offer. I paid $800 plus for a fuel pump on a dodge only to be told 14 months later that the fuel pump failed again and was out of warranty. Had Steve's done the repair I would have been able to pay a few hundred dollars more and had it covered forever!

I am a new customer and right away feel that they really care about customer satisfaction.

The Sandy location is phenomenal. I was greeted very pleasantly as I walked in. I needed a tire repaired and even though it was close to closing time a technician volunteered to help me. After the repairs the wonderful team reviewed my vehicle with me giving me advice on upcoming repairs with out being pushy. I honestly felt like they had my best interest through the whole process. 5 STARS!!!
