I am the Transportation Driver at The Wentworth at Easy Millcreek. It is an Assisted Living Community for the elderly. Our residents depend on our bus to get them to and from their appointments and recreational outings. I was told by my administration that our community vehicle was due for an A/C check and an oil change. Not only did Steve's Automotive drive me back to work and pick me up after performing the service, they did not charge us for an A/C check, and even fixed a bent tail pipe for free. They only charged us $36.00 for the price of the oil change and sent my company a thank-you card for our business and offered to do anything they could to help us in the future!

In a bind we took our car to Steve's Automotive and what they did for us was above & beyond what we expected. They fixed the car the right way to ensure the car was safe & done the right way with no corners cut. The shop communicated with us throughout the repair so we always knew what was going on. Bought a used Impreza, took into them right away and car my cars emission and safety done with and they were Able to fix my cars weird steering problems. Customer service is good as well!

This is a great shop, very easy to work with, keeps you updated on the work of the car and the shuttle system was awesome (very little wait time for the ride). Steve was very courteous in answering every question I had and Tiffany followed up with me to make sure no problems had come up with the fix. I would highly recommend this place👌

My husband and I ignored a scraping brake sound for a couple of days because the car was so vital for us, but when I woke to a serious feeling we had to get it looked at immediately, I called Steve's Automotive and they had me come in immediately. Like, within 10 minutes! They offered me a loan car or offered to take me home or wherever I needed to be and worked around my busy schedule that day. I took the car, expecting to have it over night but they called within a couple of hours to let me know it was all done. Fast, quick, friendly and well priced. 3 cheers for Tifani and the team!!
