The staff is very friendly and the service is more extensive and better quality than jiffy lube or anywhere else I've gone.
Totally pleased with the service here. They did a thorough inspection of my car and recommended only the items needed. There were several optional items that they recommended we wait on since the car is old and high miles and the tests showed the transmission is likely to fail before the other maintenance would be needed. I appreciate the conservative approach. The staff is very friendly and responsive.
When I think of auto repair shops, I think of old men that are disrespectful and treat you like an idiot. This place is the opposite. Professional as can be, if a problem comes up they SHOW YOU the issue, how it's broken, and an accurate estimate on how much it will be. The receptionist was incredibly nice and was sharing here Mickey toys with my son to keep him entertained, along with a snack! Really cheap and great at what they do!
Everyone was friendly, fast oil change. The car care club is awesome and to top it off I got a free pop!! What!! � Jiffy lube had never treated me like this...
