I've had multiple experiences with these guys. They can get the job done on standard vehicles, but they could not perform work on my specialized vehicle (VW vanagon). They will usually take 2 days longer to get the job done than they originally expect. Today I came to pick up my vehicle and they had parked a car that wouldn't run behind mine. Instead of pushing it out of the way, I had to wait a half hour while they changed a battery out. I don't think I will go back again

Great place.... So great that unfortunately they're always super busy, so be prepared to for crowds of other customers. I wish they were open weekends.

Nothing like a smoking car on your way to school on a snowy morning! Steve's Automotive was able to get our car in on that day. I appreciated the texed diagnosis documents so that when I talked with them I had something to reference. My bill was the exact quote promised. All the staff I came in contact with were friendly and wanted to make sure that I was happy with my experience. I will be going back!

Friendly and honest staff, the man was completely honest about what was wrong. They didn't give me any bull crap for not knowing anything about my car. Tiffany is one of the sweetest ladies I've met at an automotive shop!! I highly recommend this people!

Brought my car to Steve's Automotive for a safety/emissions testing and to replace my MAP sensor. All in all I'm really happy with brining my car to them. Great communication. Great service. My car runs great now and the check engine light is now off. And it shifts gears much better. Overall, very happy.

Great customer service to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done. Quality work to get my car running smoother then it ever has.

My wife took her car in to Steve's and they said the diagnostic was free, but then they wanted $150 just to give her an estimate. They said 3 codes came up and they couldn't tell us until she paid them. We took it down the street and they gave her a loner car and told her exactly what was wrong with it for free. Or ended up costing us $260 for the repairs and we couldn't be happier. My advice to somewhere else because this place seems a bit shady.
