Had a small problem but Richard took care of it great place to go

I've been going to Steve's for the last 3 years, and they have always been very honest and well- priced. I am on my third car with them, and they always come back repaired as promised. There was one time my Subaru was not totally repaired and I took it back and they resolved the issue, no problems.

This is by far the most honest auto mechanic me and my wife have ever known, and plus Doug and his wife are great people.

Have used Steve's twice now. Have been satisfied both times. Wasn't "blown away" but the service was good, they kept me informed. The last time was a clutch replacement. Honda dealer wanted over $2500 and added a bunch of additional services. Steve's replace the clutch and advised that the additional items weren't needed at this time. Since it was a certified used car from Honda and I haven't had it that long, I tend to believe Steve's over Honda. Will be using Steve's again.

This is a great shop, very easy to work with, keeps you updated on the work of the car and the shuttle system was awesome (very little wait time for the ride). Steve was very courteous in answering every question I had and Tiffany followed up with me to make sure no problems had come up with the fix. I would highly recommend this place

I just moved back to the area and needed work done on my daughters car. From the initial call for appointment through completed repairs, I received excellent customer service, friendliness and professionalism! They will even send the diagnostic report to your phone before any repairs are done. Pricing was very fair and reasonable. Bre and Ron were awesome, made me feel like family! They have a shuttle service if needed. So happy to know I have a reliable place to take my cars!
