Great experience. Took my car there as a second opinion after another shot quoted $2900 for repairs. Steve's did the work for $1300, and physically showed me where the other repairs the other place said were a must, were in fact not needed. Very open and transparent, fast, very good communication (their repair estimates were texted with actual images of work to be done - a first), and no surprises whatsoever. I cannot recommend them enough for the way they do business.

Service is excellent, they have been gracious about all of the phone calls I have made to check in on the progress of the service they are performing on my 2009 Ford Escape and have explained why they are doing what they are to my vehicle. They also provide reports via text and follow up to discuss them with a phone call. My one complaint is that they wrapped an engine cleaning in with my spark plug repair without discussing other options with me first. I called back and discussed it with Ron and he expressed his concern that a normal drive does not fully clean the carbon out. His concern was valid, however I have a long drive coming up and a fuel additive cleaner will be sufficient for now. If I have any other issues with my vehicle I will certainly come back to them.

I got my car serviced last week. The customer service is second to none. They really seemed to go out of their way to accommodate me. Honestly, I felt like they did the exact opposite of nickel and dime me.

Great service, They had a detail description of my car problem that I could access through my phone. Also they did few services for free, which was very nice.

Brought in my 10 year old car for minor work and an oil change. Very professional and thorough. The free loaner car was helpful to get me back to work while they fixed things. Afterwards they gave me a detailed assessment of their inspection with recommendations of things to fix soon vs things to watch.

Had an issue with my truck failing emissions and took it to a few different places and could not figure it out. Looks like they found the causes and now it passes without replacing the cat every few years.
