I used their services once to get a car repair, and they did a decent job. It was a bit expensive compared to other shops, but the place was clean and I didn't really have any issues. I didn't go back, mostly because of the price and not really needing any work. Since then, I have moved and have still received relentless, shameful marketing mailers. Their mailers are using shady tactics to get you to open them. Today I received one in the mail that looked like official US government mail, with a warning of fine or imprisonment on the front, with what looked like an IRS check in it. I have never dealt with a company that was this shameless in their marketing, especially considering that I moved and never provided them with my address. Especially for a small car shop. I wouldn't recommend them unless you love being bombarded by misleading junk mail of all types and overpaying for services.

Everyone was so nice! They fixed my car quickly and let me know what was wrong with it and that they were confident that it would be an easy fix. Prices were very reasonable and I was in and out in about an hour! I love that they offer a full inspection with pictures for every service you go in for! I will be returning to Steve's often!

Great service

First time we came in with our Lexus, we were given the excellent advice to actually go to a dealership for our headlight replacement due to the cheaper prices for the factory parts we needed. There aren't many car mechanics who would give that kind of advice knowing it wouldn't be business for them! Came back to get our brakes looked at and ended up needing our brake pads & rotors replaced. Couldn't be happier with the service and the work that they did!

My bank is empty now, but the service is great! I would go here again!

I'm not one to write yelp reviews especially when I have to be so critical. I find that usually one persons miserable experience will not be mirrored by the large majority of customers. However, let this commentary serve as a warning. They quoted me 1100 dollars for front struts on my 2010 Subaru Legacy. I politely took that quote and then tossed it in the trash on my way out the door. Jack and Jims a reasonable and honest mechanic quoted me the same job for 525 bucks. So look out when dealing with these guys they're essentially stealing money from unaware customers.

Everyone here was super friendly and helpful. They had popcorn, water, and coffee in the waiting area which was really comfortable and nice. Definitely going back.

i have gone to Steve's on and off for 15 years. when I was a college student I went because of the discounts. Recently I went there to get emissions and inspection done on my truck. they were fast and very accommodating. My truck did not pass because the ball joints were not safe. They quoted me a price to take care of them. I balked at the price they gave me. I went to another mechanic I have used over the years, and without knowing the quote Steve's gave me, he came in at less than half. The service and quality at Steve's is great, but you will pay more. I doubt I will ever take my care there for repairs, but emissions and inspection, no problem.

I have been taking my car here for a little while now, and I have only had positive experiences. I live in the area and it is good to know that if I have issues with my car, there is an honest and reliable place to go. In my most recent experience, they picked me up from my work in a snowstorm so that I could get my car back before they closed. Good customer service goes a long way and they understand that.
