Good people high prices

My van needs work, but they gladly fixed only the most urgent thing I needed (front brakes) so that I could safely drive to a national park for the weekend. The allowed me to use one of their loaner cars overnight. There's a good energy there. I'll be back. ;)

Steve's automotive is the best automotive place around! They are transparent with everything they do and are super quick about it too. Not to mention the badass woman at the front desk was like super on top of stuff and incredibly nice. 10/10 would go again

Easiest auto shop experience. The staff is friendly, quick, and responsive. When they finished the diagnosis, I got a text with a detailed report of what needed to be done, and a follow up phone call to discuss options. Really made getting a check up on my vehicle a breeze.

They did a great job fixing my ac and they were able to have someone take me to work and pick me up.

Thanks for helping me with my tire repair this morning. It was fast and easy and great customer service. I recommend Steve's Automotive.

One star for being friendly. Way over priced! I could have had my spark plugs changed at the Ford dealership for half the price that Steve's charged me. Steves charged $31 per plug; the dealer was only $19. I don't even know how many hours they charged me for. I just know they charged over $400 labor to change my plugs, they didn't run into any complications; and $250 for the plugs. I will not be returning to this auto shop.

They are honest which is saying so much in the automotive buisness! We have never felt like they tried to rip us off!

Place is too expensive. I went there twice, first time they quoted like 750 (for a regularly scheduled 60,000 mile maintenance), got it done and guaranteed at AAMCO for ~300. The second time I went for some admission stuff (this is what the manager responds to below). They suggested I get a nitrogen leak test for ~200, got it done at someplace near 3300 south for like half the price. Not only that, the lady behind the front counter did something really weird. She made me wait while she pretended to chew something. Like held up her finger when I walked in and clearly pretended to chew something for a while as I stood there. She even pretended to swallow. Don't see myself ever going there again. Edit* To be honest, things being expensive is normal and doesn't warrant a one star review. If a place is too expensive, then don't go there, right? It's that the place is so expensive while also the weirdness with the lady at the front desk. And that's enough for me.
