Seemed honest. Got the work done in a timely manner.

I thought I found a gem when I contacted steves automotive. I first called them was put on hold for 10 minutes. finally set an appointment. I got their and they didn't know who I was and asked when I called to make a appointment. They take me in anyways. All I need is a oil change. I waited 1 hour and 30minutes for a oil changed... anywho I was glad it was done, 9pm that night I get a call stating they might have forgotten to tighten my oil screw when I had work the next day at 6am. They offered to tow my car but how was I gonna get to work I was fed up especially with their high price I paid. I had to get off work early to take them the car and when I arrived they were on google for about 20 min not even asking if I needed help. I had reservations and needed to be helped. Finally they get me help and it took 5 seconds literally. I asked if they can fill my oil and they said no because it was right where it needs to be. Of course it's gonna be higher I just drove it on the freeway so my oil is expanded from the heat. They also said I needed a fluid cleaning but I had gotten one 3 weeks ago felt like they wanted to upsell. While I was waiting another customer was complaining about them telling him he needs services done he already did at that shop lol Moral of the story they didn't even say sorry nor offer any sort of service for my troubles.

I have always been well treated at Steve's. It's the only place I like to take my Land Rover.

They took great care of my wife's car. In addition to that, Tiffani made me laugh, and gave me a dumb dumb sucker.

Had some issues but very happy to say they were all worked out.

I have always had a hard time finding a shop I could depend on. Upon internet research I thought I would give Steve's a shot. I was thoroughly impressed with Steve's. Went on a test drive with the mechanic to locate the problem. I then left the car, received a call the next day with the recommendations on what needed to be fixed (Exhaust Manifold on my Jeep Commander). Steve's did the work in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. In summary I will be using Steve's as my exclusive shop moving forward. They were 100 times better than any of the big box repair shops Thanks Steves's Auto!!! -Zachary Bartholomew

These guys are great! They answered all of my questions and were able to get my Honda CR-V in right away! Couldn't have been more pleased.

Tiffany was awesome at the front, very helpful and listened to everything we wanted done to the car, took great notes, she's very personable! Mike our tech, was knowledgable about our specific car, an 82 Toyota pickup. The turnaround was quick and efficient. When we had another small issue we brought it back and they fixed it on the spot for us! We will definitely be back for any car issues in the future! 👍🏼
