Update 10-17-2016 Richard did a great job communicating with me after I had originally put a bad review. He let me talk for 30 minutes bout my side of the story. After all said and done they ended up being a case "miscommunication". It says a lot to me that they bothered to call me. To me that's a sign of integrity, great customer service!

I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Salt Lake City area, the staff here have high energy and are very friendly. Also, the mechanics are very knowledgeable on any problem you may have with your car.

The repair was very speedy! I had a few issues with them, but the Steve's Automotive Specialists team worked to resolve them. A bit pricey but quality work!

I have been taking my car here for a little while now, and I have only had positive experiences. I live in the area and it is good to know that if I have issues with my car, there is an honest and reliable place to go. In my most recent experience, they picked me up from my work in a snowstorm so that I could get my car back before they closed. Good customer service goes a long way and they understand that.

Very attentive as soon as I arrived, which was a relief for I was on my lunch break. Their waiting room was actually clean & quiet to my surprise for they're always real busy and free wifi is available to customers. I had some questions from previous work by a different shop and William whos one of their service writers suggested a free inspection 😃 They got me squared away for my next appointment within my budget and back on the road arriving with minutes to spare at work. This place KILLS IT!!!! I refuse to go anywhere else for all my car needs. Tiffany is my absolute favorite, she ALWAYS takes care of me like I'm family. She is so sweet and personable and just brightens my day. She makes waiting for your car to get looked at an actual pleasant experience. I doubt you find that anywhere else. And as for the company as a whole, they are extremely honest and genuine. I never feel like I'm getting jerked around or like they are fixing things that don't need to get fixed just so they can get an extra buck... And other places I've been to I know have done that. But here I never have to worry. I don't even live close but I go the extra distance to get the expectional service that they give me.
