I had a really good experience with my car repairs. The shop came out and towed my car to their facility (price included if you have service done there). They kept me advised of the progress in determining the repairs needed and gave me a couple of options on repair and pricing to reflect my needs once they had the car apart and could do the complete assessment. They also picked me up and gave me a ride to pick up my car. I did not need the loaner car, but they did say one was available as well. I had a very pleasant experience with all the people I worked with in the shop and would return there for service again if necessary.

I went to Steve's Automotive Specialists today. I brought my car in the morning and they were able to fix all the issues by the end of the day. I was a little nervous for their point inspection, because I thought it was only an attempt to sale me services I didn't need. However, they were very knowledgeable, sent me a detailed report of my car, and put no pressure on me whatsoever. I will definitely go back if my car has anymore trouble.

These guys are my go to place for my BMW Z4. Great customer service, skilled mechanics and good prices.

I am always hesitate to go to an auto shop I don't know. However, it was my first time going to Steve's and I felt valued and important. The mechanics I worked with were honest and helpful, got back to me promptly, and were able to answer all of my questions. I did not have one complaint about Steve's Automotive and would recommend them to anyone who needs major work done, or just an oil change.
