I have used both locations for service and have always found Steve's to be honest and fair. I love the option of a lifetime warranty! The service advisor always tells me what repair would benefit from a lifetime warranty vs a one year warranty. Obviously I wouldn't want a lifetime warranty on a inexpensive item but on a large item like a steering rack or fuel pump I would rather pay a premium price to have it covered for life than have to pay again if the part fails after the 12 month or 12000 mile cutoff that most places offer. I paid $800 plus for a fuel pump on a dodge only to be told 14 months later that the fuel pump failed again and was out of warranty. Had Steve's done the repair I would have been able to pay a few hundred dollars more and had it covered forever!

I am a new customer and right away feel that they really care about customer satisfaction.

The Sandy location is phenomenal. I was greeted very pleasantly as I walked in. I needed a tire repaired and even though it was close to closing time a technician volunteered to help me. After the repairs the wonderful team reviewed my vehicle with me giving me advice on upcoming repairs with out being pushy. I honestly felt like they had my best interest through the whole process. 5 STARS!!!
