I was told to come to Steve's automotive because they are Ghepard approved, fast, and reliable, but I was very disappointed. My fuel pump failed and I needed it replaced. We told Steve's what the problem was when we brought the car in. They charged us $200 dollars as a "test fee". This didn't include the $700 it cost me to get the pump replaced. Not only this, but after fixing the fuel pump they gave me a list of all these issues that my car suddenly had. Not just little easy to fix problems. My car audibly groans and creaks now and it NEVER did before. They then expected me to pay another $600 minimum to get the rest fixed, plus the second "test fee" of $200. If you're going to Steve's automotive expect to be robbed. I don't trust them at all.

Ron at Steve's Automotive is amazing. In the business of car repair it can be hard to find someone honest, compassionate and caring. Ron is all 3. We have always gotten excellent service at Steve's but our last visit was devastating and he came through for us and helped my 85 year old mom get back on the road. They are wonderful people and do exceptional work. You can trust your car - and your 85 year old mom to Steve's.

Steve's is the best place to take your car. They know what their doing and get you in and out for a great price. The staff are easy to work with!

The service I got here was amazing. After months of being frustrated with how dealerships had treated me I feel like I found someone who will not only take the time to explain the issue and to help me understand what was happening but will also be honest about what doesn't need to happen right at that second or what needs to happen soon. I will definitely continue to come here with my car needs.

I stopped in for a quick oil change they charged me a fair price. Overall it took less than an hour but I would have rated 5 stars if it didn't seem like they stood around for 15 min before even pulling my car in. I might give them another chance.

Steve's auto went above and beyond to accommodate me! As a full time student with two jobs, they worked with me to apply a credit card toward my bill as well as called me daily to let me know of the progress. Shawn worked on my vehicle and was warm and patient in explaining the process to me. Tiffany handled my 500 phone calls when I had questions and put a smile on my face with her awesome personality. David also was just as warm and accommodating. Steve's auto is the best in town!

I love Steve's. I have been using their services for almost 30 years. They have found and fixed a squeak that was driving me crazy. The best time to hear it was early in the morning when it was cold out. They kept it over night, drove it early and finally found it. I especially like the maintenance program. I don't have to remember all the things that need to be done on a regular basis. They do it for me!

These guys are great. Referred to me by a fellow I bought a 2002 Mini Cooper from a couple of years ago. They've always been helpful on diagnostics, great on service and repairs, and fair on price. (:-)
