Over and above help in a crisis! My wife and daughter were on a Colorado to California road trip when a severe rainstorm and winds pushed the windshield wiper mechanism out of alignment. I directed them to Steve's (based on google maps and the good reviews). They arrived in the afternoon to a very busy shop. The mechanic (let's call him "Steve") took a quick look, determined it was a loose mechanism, and aligned and tightened the bolts so they could get on their way. But not before checking the fluids and adding a bit of oil! Road trip disaster averted. Thank you Steve!!!!!

I took in my newly bought used car to Steve's yesterday (8/27/14) to check out that everything was working well. They were very thorough, honest, and professional. They took about half an hour to explain to me exactly what was going on and what their recommendations were, then when I said that I didn't think I could afford the repairs right now, they told me what I could do to keep myself safe and my car in working condition until I could afford the necessary repairs. They emailed me this morning with a bid on the repair costs and furthermore told me that they had investigated the engine further and found that I had a timing chain rather than a timing belt which meant it wouldn't have to be replaced, saving me some money. They guarantee their service on your car for 36,000 miles or 3 years (whichever comes first). I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I went to Steve's today and the service was great. They fixed my car quickly and I didn't even have an appointment. The mechanics were friendly too. I will be going back next time I need work on my car.

HORRIBLE!!! I took my father's car in because the check engine light was on. They gave me a ridiculous estimate of $375. My father of course thought that was outrageous so he took his car to "his guy" in Provo. My father's guy told my dad that whatever Steve's told you was bogus and that there was nothing wrong with whatever they told you. My father's guy then fixed the car for about $75. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THESE DUDES! They seem nice but they charge you for stuff that doesn't even need to be fixed...no integrity. DONT GO HERE!

I was hoping to have a good experience here. I'm in the market for a good mechanic. But I had an appointment at 1pm. Brought the car in at 12:50pm and sat until 1:50pm while my car sat in the same spot in the parking lot. There was a lot of guys and a lot of standing around. My guess is I caught them right after lunch and they weren't back to "go" mode. I realize I'm the outlier in all of these ratings. Hopefully others have a better experience.

I limped into Steve's Automotive with a flat tire. They put the spare on for no charge & called ahead to let Big O know I was coming! Free service & assistance. What's not to like?! A big thanks to the guys at Steve's Automotive!

I've used Steve's for several years - they recommend what SHOULD be done, not just what MUST be done. Preventative maintenance suggestions have always been correct and necessary. Plus they guarantee their work for 3 years/36,000 miles on your repairs and service. Always pleasant and professional.
