This place bends over backwards to serve. Work is great, costs are more than reasonable. Haven't found any other place locally that makes maximum effort to solve problems.

I used to take my car to a national chain, but saw the many good reviews for Steve's Automotive. I decided to give them a try. They sent their tow guy out to get my car. Mike the service specialist kept me up to date on the progress and called when he said he would. When they couldn't quite get it finished in time for me to get to an appointment they let me use a loaner car. Everyone was very nice to work with. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I have been here many times over the past few years for various reasons. Great team of people. Always seemed genuine to me. Front desk guys are polite - both over the phone and onsite. Price seems to be reasonable (I have always shopped around to compare quotes). I have experience with many different car repair shops.They keep the place pretty clean. My experience has been pretty decent all the time. No complaints so far. I probably will continue to visit them in future. PS: Of course, it's never fun to have problems with your car and the need to take it to a mechanic. Good luck!

Great service but you get what you pay for! Their estimates are higher than most but they are really fast.
