I had some serious leaks happen abruptly and was struggling to find someone who could take my car in soon. Steve’s was able to take me the next day, and was prompt about getting back to me and letting me know how things would work. They had a great system for leaving my car before hours, and were great at keeping me in the loop! They explained everything well, and the quote they gave me was very detailed. I don’t know a ton about cars and pricing, but it was really helpful to have the breakdown. They were also willing to answer my questions about why something was recommended, and didn’t make me feel pressured to get something. My car’s almost done, and the experience so far has been great!

I had a great experience here. I brought in my vehicle in for an AC check. They assessed everything quickly and communicated with photos and info about the issue, which was awesome. In the process I found out my extended warranty would only be covered through a dealership, unfortunately. They completely understood and didn’t charge me for the assessment, or for returning parts they had on order. I’ll be bringing my other vehicles back here! 10/10 service.

Very helpful. I was on a business trip when my vehicle had issues. They were willing to work on my car quickly. I was on the road in a few hours. Great service and priced reasonably. I highly recommend them.

Great experience. Did a full vehicle inspection and informed me of everything they found and suggested without being pushy and trying to sell me on everything. Oil change. Will definitely be coming back.

Dont go here, I took my car to them because i had the flex pipes on my catalytic converters torn off, making a massive exhaust leak. Their tech looked at it, and quoted me 3000 dollars, saying i need a new exhaust system since my CATs were broken. If i knew nothing about cars, i may have fallen for this predatory pricing. But i took my car to Rays garage in sandy, they welded in new flex pipes for 500 bucks. Place stinks, their employees stink, their prices stink, their work is dogwater, go elsewhere. the owner down below my review says that they wanted to do a proper oem repair, their tech didn't even quote me for an OEM part, they told me 3 GRAND for an aftermarket exhaust system. You're in the customer service business, not the "get as much money as we can" business. this IS predatory pricing, your techs looked at a broken flex pipe, and were too afraid to let an old audi go out the door for less than a grand, just admit it. "YoU're cuTtiNg CornErs by doInG thIs anD saVinG mOnEy" shut up. you know that the exhaust itself is old, the new flex pipes that I got probably have the strongest most sound welds on the entire car at this point. The owner here stinks too.. stinks like a slimy dirty snake. dont go here.
