I’m super impressed by this shop. They were great with communication, and very upfront about the price. During my experience, I got several texts and calls updating me to my cars condition, as well as a detailed report with pictures explaining all the things that could use work on my vehicle, and why they were important to the longevity. Upon picking up the vehicle, I received a print out where they had priced out each and every service they inspected, while simultaneously being extremely respectful and non pushy about me agreeing to these services. I will absolutely be recommending this shop, and especially Sheldon Mountain to all of my friends and family for their great service. P.S. normally being a girl going to any shop for service on my vehicle I am lied to and they attempt to sell services I don’t need but this shop was seriously such a breath of fresh air in their lack of this common behavior. Thank goodness!
