Steve’s was absolutely great to work with! Kenneth was very helpful and kind, in a very stressful situation. They did not take advantage of the fact that I was a lady who had no knowledge of cars with a husband out of town. They worked wonderfully with me and were patient. They even towed the car the few 100 yards I needed to get the car to their shop, so I didn’t have to pay for a tow company. The service provided was great, and the car is now running as I need it to!

I’m leaving feedback to include all of the services I’ve had on my vehicle over many visits at Steve’s. I trust Steve’s exclusively to perform all services on my vehicle, as do many friends. Chip, my Service Advisor, is always clear on what needs to be done, vs what can be done in the future. Prices are fair, and they always have service specials. I highly recommend Steve’s Automotive Specialists for any of your vehicle repair needs. They’re friendly, fast, fair, honest, and ethical.

Steve’s is my go-to show for German cars. They are familiar with the quirks Audi & VW and do everything the correct way at a decent price. Sheldon is always nice & helpful.

They fixed the car in a timely manner and were very professional.

These clowns tried to quote me 3000 dollars on a “leak” that I needed to replace as soon as possible because my car would no longer run. Thank god we took it to other places that let us know that actually nothing was wrong with the car and it was running perfectly fine, no leak or anything wrong for that matter. Like hello????

First time customer. I usually do my own auto work, but needed services requiring equipment I don't have. I had a great experience. Very friendly. Eager to help. Knowledgeable. Not cheap, but I don't want cheap - they deserve to make a good leaving and I want the job done well. The price was fair, and I was happy to pay them for their expertise. Very professional - and the car runs great. I will definitely be going back for services over my head.
