Ray, just like any professional shop in the United States and in accordance with manufacturer maintenance schedules, as well as industry standards, we perform a safety and maintenance inspection as part of our oil change service. We believe it's our job to recommend to our client's services that will make their vehicle safe to drive as well as keep it properly maintained. Our process is designed to be transparent and delivered with high integrity. That's why we perform a digital inspection with pictures, and our advisors are there to answer any questions and explain exactly why each service has been recommended. It sounds like you either didn't understand the reason for our recommendations or perhaps you had questions and chose not to ask for an answer. Regarding your vague comment that we quote more than the dealership, when we compare genuine estimates on an "apples to apples" basis, we'll beat the dealership every time.

Daniel, first of all your name is not is our database which means I can't confirm that you're a real client. Secondly, we never charge anyone for anything that they didn't approve in advance, so I know immediately that your statement is untruthful, and these first two facts lead me to believe that this review is likely from a jealous competitor. Thirdly, whether you're a genuine client or not, a safety & maintenance inspection is and always has been a part of an oil change service in accordance with vehicle manufacturers maintenance schedules and automotive industry standards. So, trying to portray our professional service as something more or less than this shows either a lack of understanding or integrity on your part. We love reviews and appreciate our client's feedback, both the good and the bad, because it helps us improve and provide better service for our clients. However, when someone writes either an untruthful or grossly exaggerated review it's not helpful for anyone.
