They were honest and thorough. Before they started work the gave me a print out of everything they were going to do with prices including parts and labor. My car is old so there was a lot of work to be done and they kept me updated throughout! I would highly recommend Steve’s Automotive!!!

Came in today and the attention and service were great. Craig and Raylon were very knowledgeable and professional. This is one of the few places that doesn’t try and squeeze every penny out of you with stuff you don’t need. I will definitely be coming back.

It's difficult to find an auto mechanic that you can trust. I think we've found one and will be loyal customers. Communication is top notch. The value is amazing. And the turnaround time is fast. Bonus, they're a couple miles away from our house.

Perfect service , perfect prices and perfect inspection , while everyone charging me hundreds they only charged a bit , i was expecting very expensive prices but it is not , my new mechanic is STEVE’S , sheldon at front desk and the other front desk i don’t remember his name , they were great. !!!

Recently had the best experience here! Needed 4 tires and an alignment, called 6 other companies and was getting discouraged until I called these guys. They were able to get me a great price, got me right in, and provided outstanding customer service!!! I have to say I’m impressed with whatever changes have occurred here over the past year because I wasn’t sure I’d ever go back but this experience made me a customer for life. Front desk staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and on top of their stuff. THANK YOU!

They got me in same day for a major repair. Diagnosed things fast and came up with a few options. Although the main fix was very pricey, they promised it would be done by end of day because I couldn't have my wife's car out of commission. They paid for an Uber ride to and from my house while I waited. They finished right before 5pm. Hurt my wallet, but overall good experience

I'm sorry to have to write such a negative review since the guys at Steve's are so kind. But they were dishonest about the work my car needed. I took my 2017 Hyundai Tuscon in after it went into limp mode. Steve's told me it needed a new head gasket ($5,403) and new spark plugs and coils ($1,343), totally over $8,000 of work when you added taxes and labor. I wanted a second opinion so I took it to three other shops (Hyundai Dealership in Lindon, Car Doctor in Provo and Edgemont Auto in Provo). All three shops did the same tests that Steve's said they did and all three shops said my head gasket was fine, but my spark plugs and coils did need replacing. I got the job done at Edgemont for $527. I was really hurt by the dishonesty at Steve's. They would've replaced the spark plugs and coils (what my car actually needed) and pocketed over $5,500 for work my car didn't need. I would recommend getting second opinions on any work you have Steve's quoted for.
