My experience was amazing at Steve’s Automotive! I am hooked! My very first impression of the interior was that it was maintained and designed by men. 2 stars. But, everything else was 10 stars! They were friendly, listened and didn’t remotely talk down to me because I was a women. I got exactly what I needed. I asked them to check some other problems, they ran diagnostics and found several regular maintenance things that had been neglected. I used to go to the Big guys down the street, they never reminded me about these things. My car runs much better now, better than it has for a long time. I am a regular now! Friendly and great service! Service: Oil change

My vehicle was stuck in 4 wheel drive. Christopher the service advisor called me and said that it was all fixed. B Graff the technician came out and gave me suggestions to help prevent the problem in the future. I was so appreciative thinking I was going to have a big bill to find out that they didn't charge anything for the service! I wasn't expecting that. They said the. plug from the shifter motor just had water in it. What wonderful and honest service. I am so happy to have taken my vehicle in to them rather then driving to the dealer. I plan on coming here with all my service needs.
